Asylum Grant Rates by Nationality

Grant rate = asylum grants / (grants + denials) for applications decided in the period (one claim per proceeding, ASYL preferred over ASYW; decision month = proceeding completion date). grant_rate_all_completions also counts withdrawn, abandoned and other closures in the denominator (closer to EOIR's published rate). Rates from fewer than 2 merits decisions are flagged low_sample. Nationality = EOIR NAT code (not ISO); iso2 / flag are null for historical or non-ISO codes.
